How It Works

Our Process

Flexible Business Models. Complete Transparency.

We offer multiple commercial structures designed to match your business needs and risk appetite. Every engagement is documented and agreed in writing before shipment.

Business Models

Choose the Model That Works for You

Model 1 – Direct Purchase

Edona purchases the cargo/product at an agreed commercial price. Edona takes responsibility for the destination market sale according to the agreed purchase terms.

Model 2 – Fixed Margin / Agreed Return

A commercial structure is agreed in advance, including responsibilities, margins, expenses and settlement methodology.

Model 3 – Market Sales / Commission

Edona manages the Sri Lankan destination side and local sales for an agreed commission or service structure.

Model 4 – Distribution Partnership

Suitable brands or repeat products can work with Edona as an ongoing Sri Lankan distribution and market-development partner.

Important: The exact commercial model, commission base, expenses, settlement method, risk allocation and responsibilities are agreed in writing before shipment.

Transparency & Shipment Performance
